They discuss a case relating to someone who suffered a spinal injury during a rugby match, resulting in life-changing injuries, and the key factors which led to there being a successful negligence claim. Despite being an amateur match, it was videoed, which allowed for evidence to be available for the judge.

Another increase is the court fee for a grant of probate, this rises to £300.
